Job Title: Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Consistent weekly hours (36–40 hours)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide direct support to individuals in a clinical setting. This position focuses on helping clients build meaningful life skills, including communication, social interaction, and daily living abilities.

Services are delivered using evidence-based practices grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with ongoing supervision and support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one support to clients following individualized treatment plans
  • Track and document client progress and behavior data accurately
  • Carry out skill acquisition and behavior support programs as directed
  • Encourage development of social and functional life skills
  • Maintain professional communication with caregivers regarding progress
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
  • Ability to adapt to scheduling needs and client assignments
  • Basic knowledge of ABA principles
  • Familiarity with data collection systems (experience with CentralReach is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • BLS/CPR qualified
