ProSource Talent is actively seeking an Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse for our Brand NEW Program.

This is not just another role—this is a chance to help launch and shape a first-of-its-kind Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center in the region.

At ProSource Talent, you’ll have a true seat at the table, working alongside leadership to build, develop, and lead a brand-new program designed to transform how psychiatric crisis care is delivered—diverting individuals from ERs into a more supportive, therapeutic environment.

Shift: Monday-Friday; 3x12s +1 half day (4 hour). 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p. m.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience supervising a team of Registered Nurses &/or Nurse Practitioners
• ANCC certification in psychiatry
• Current New Jersey License

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
• Treat individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs
• Oversee and support nursing staff (RNs) and clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to shape workflows and care models
• Play a key role in building a high-quality, patient-centered crisis program

Pay: $175,000.00 - $184,000.00 per year
