Location: San Dimas, CA
Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification (required).
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

(Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!)

Bonus Experience:

Autism Spectrum Disorder services.
Home, clinic, or school-based ABA.
Electronic data collection systems.
