Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Service Coordinator to manage the flow of parts and materials supporting our service operations.
This role is critical to ensuring that technicians have what they need, that jobs are completed on time, and that all materials are accurately tracked and billed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work, this role puts you at the center of our service success.
Duties
- Manage the daily service workflow, including tracking jobs awaiting parts.
- Order, track, and coordinate parts with vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Pull, stage, and allocate parts for scheduled jobs.
- Support technicians with real-time material needs and job updates.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are accurately added to invoices.
- Coordinate part deliveries or pickups as needed.
- Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and operational readiness.
- Process returns, warranties, and restocking.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and service coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication with technicians, vendors, and internal teams
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email)
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Preferred HVAC parts or service industry experience
- Preferred forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
