The IMR Model: Work-Life Balance We have moved away from the traditional 40-hour burnout model. Our full time clinicians work a high-intensity 4-day week, allowing for a 3-day weekend every single week.

  • Productivity Standard: Our model is built for clinicians who thrive with a consistent pace, targeting 23 completed sessions per week.
  • Proactive Scheduling: We utilize smart caseload management and proactive scheduling strategies to ensure you hit your targets and maximize your earning potential.

Growth Path:

  • Phase 1 (Ramp-Up): Join our team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours) while you get trained and your initial schedule gets filled
  • Phase 2 (Full-Time Transition): Upon reaching a consistent caseload of 23 sessions, you will transition to a 32-hour/4-day "Full-Time" schedule

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and ethical psychotherapy to a diverse caseload.
  • Maintain organized scheduling and timely clinical documentation.
  • Manage an active roster through effective caseload management to ensure consistent weekly productivity.
  • Utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, or other evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

  • Registration: Must be registered with the California BBS (Associate or Licensed).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2000 supervised hours preferred.
  • Clinical Focus: Experience working with PTSD and Trauma is required.
  • Military Cultural Competency: (Preferred) experience with the military population or prior military service.
  • Specialized Training: EMDR training is a significant plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital communication tools.

Pay: $61,151.00 - $69,000.00 per year
