Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBAs for full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles supporting Virginia cases.

Candidates must hold a Virginia .

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Create individualized ABA programs and goals

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person)

• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed

• Provide monthly parent training

• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time

• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification

• Virginia LBA required

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Must pass background check

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible schedule

• Full-time and part-time available
