Our team provides comprehensive, evidence-based interventions designed to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while fostering independence and growth. We emphasize generalization of skills in natural settings, making therapy more effective and enjoyable for both children and therapists.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children in home and community settings. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving supervision hours if pursuing BCBA certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy to children to teach communication, socialization, and daily living skills
  • Implement individualized behavior plans and interventions for skill acquisition
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data on targeted behaviors and therapy outcomes
  • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors safely and effectively
  • Create a fun, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment for clients
  • Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Travel to clients’ homes and community settings as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in any capacity (ABA therapy, childcare, school settings, or similar)
  • Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes and community settings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous ABA therapy experience
  • Pursuing BCBA certification (supervision hours provided)
  • Familiarity with behavioral data collection and analysis
