Duties
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through the check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up reminders to optimize clinic flow
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with insurance verifications, billing procedures, and payment processing to support smooth administrative operations
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, appointment confirmations, and general administrative support
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-visit instructions, and available services to enhance their overall experience
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions
- Familiarity with medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience in dental or healthcare offices is highly desirable
