SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, provides direct services within a residential treatment program. Supports daily operations, engages with clients and stakeholders, and ensures clients attend programming, appointments, and receive required services.
KEY DUTIES:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation (notes, treatment plans, reports, discharges).
- Facilitate intakes, individual and group therapy, and psychoeducational sessions.
- Collaborate with treatment team, families, probation, and social workers on care and discharge planning.
- Monitor client behavior, ensure program participation, and maintain a visible presence in the facility.
- Participate in meetings, case reviews, and trainings.
- Maintain compliance with documentation timelines and program standards.
- Support daily operations, client supervision, and transportation as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Manage a small caseload and actively engage clients daily.
- Complete documentation within required timeframes (e.g., notes within 24 hours, treatment plans within 10 days).
- Follow all clinical, documentation, and QA protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Registered with a state-approved credentialing body (RADT or equivalent).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Background clearance, TB test, and drug screening.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of substance abuse treatment, group therapy, and behavioral health services.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage workload, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
