Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you'll provide critical support to individuals and families navigating life's challenges. This remote, full-time role allows you to make a direct, positive impact on people's mental health and relationships. You'll be the go-to person for offering therapeutic interventions, treatment plans, and ongoing support in a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
• Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes
• Provide evidence-based therapy for a variety of mental health concerns
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Valid LMFT license in Virginia
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
