- Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.

Qualifications
- Required: This role requires candidates to reside outside of the Greater Houston area
- Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
- Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED
- Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
- Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
- Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
- Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
