For Those Pursuing Their BCBA:

• Supervision for restricted and unrestricted hours

• BCBA tuition scholarship and reimbursement programs

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Teach functional life and communication skills

• Complete session documentation

• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma

• Active RBT certification

• Pass background check

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Experience with children preferred

Schedule:

• Part-time, 15–20 hours per week

• After-school hours, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
