- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent intervention across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to ensure comprehensive care.
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques tailored for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities in clinical or educational settings.
- Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment adjustments effectively.
