This is a bespoke, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional process driven by forms and scripts. You will guide each family through the entire admissions arc, from initial inquiry to final handoff, delivering exceptional service at every milestone. You will assess incoming interest, support families through complex decision-making, and deploy AI-enabled tools to eliminate administrative burden—so your focus remains on building relationships, driving conversion, and earning trust.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions process for your designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the central contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing engagement—maintaining a premium experience at every stage.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize manual administrative effort.
- Operating from scripts or inflexible frameworks—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic obstacles—you will not be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to advance your work.
- Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable point of contact from start to finish.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (examples include admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
- Proven success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
- Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
- Established ability to execute flawlessly on operational details—including record-keeping, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment about confidential versus shareable information.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to accommodate family schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to transforming education systems.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
