About the Role:
Join Pinch A Penny as a Pool Service Coordinator and be a key player in ensuring our customers enjoy pristine pool experiences! Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily pool service schedules and routes for technicians.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and service requests.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory of pool supplies and equipment for service operations.
  • Assist in training new service staff on procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor service quality and customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize service efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or dispatching experience (construction or home service industry preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, strong proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, scheduling apps).
  • Communication: Professional phone etiquette and clear written communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client complaints and re-route technicians in real-time.


Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Knowledge of swimming pool service terminology (cleaning, repairs, equipment) is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
