About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily pool service schedules and routes for technicians.
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and service requests.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage inventory of pool supplies and equipment for service operations.
Assist in training new service staff on procedures and best practices.
Monitor service quality and customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to optimize service efficiency and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or dispatching experience (construction or home service industry preferred).
Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, strong proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, scheduling apps).
Communication: Professional phone etiquette and clear written communication.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client complaints and re-route technicians in real-time.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Knowledge of swimming pool service terminology (cleaning, repairs, equipment) is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
