Employment at Sanctuary Counseling requires the assessment of and treatment of Mental Health diagnosis. It is also required that you abide by the philosophy that Trauma underpins most diagnosis and you must be willing to be trained in methods and treat trauma. You will manage a fulltime caseload of clients seeing approximately 25 clients per week. We require full licensing or to be licensed near the hire date (LCSW, LMHC or LCSWR, LMSW, Psy D, PHD In Clinical counseling, PHD in Counseling Psych). Candidates much be willing to perpetually learn and grow their clinical expertise both inside work hours and outside of work hours. The ideal candidate would have training in at least one evidence based practice and have clinical experience.
