PT/FT LMHC, LCSW, LMFT Private Practice

Our group private practice is seeking a fully licensed trauma therapist to join our mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide specialized therapeutic services to individuals and families affected by trauma, including those experiencing PTSD, grief, or behavioral challenges related to developmental trauma. We also provide the space of an established and thriving group private practice where you can grow both clinically and professionally. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional landscapes, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful recovery. Compensation:

• Reimbursement Model: Pay is based on reimbursement rates from our credentialed insurance panels.
• Earning Potential: With no cap on clients, your income potential is limitless.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure: Active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Florida.
• Trauma-Informed Expertise: Required experience working with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma.
• MUST be willing to work with children/teens.
• Passion for Helping: A strong commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
• Independent Contractor Role: Maintain at least 10 billable hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.
• Background Check: Successful completion required.
• Able to see clients both in-person and telehealth.
