We are looking for driven, newly licensed clinicians who already understand leadership to step into a Clinical Director opportunity. This is a strictly Monday through Friday, 40-hour per week position with absolutely no on-call requirements.

We are seeking an experienced leader for a salaried Clinical Director role that features an aggressive quarterly bonus structure. Take command of an established, fully operational clinic in Taunton while maintaining true work-life balance. Our facility features innovative telehealth capabilities alongside comprehensive mental health care—including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), psychiatric medication management, and outpatient therapy.

You will oversee this facility with the full backing of our organization. Our leadership team provides comprehensive, specialized training tailored directly to your role as Clinical Director, ensuring a seamless transition into leadership. Furthermore, you will be supported by dedicated on-staff clinical supervisors who will assist you with day-to-day clinical oversight.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fully operational Taunton clinic, ensuring high-quality, compliant care.
• Maintain a required, dedicated therapy caseload of 8 to 9 clients per week in addition to your primary leadership responsibilities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists and clinical staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment alongside our clinical supervisors.
• Engage with the Taunton community to promote mental health awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts (recently licensed clinicians with prior leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply).
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience supervising, mentoring, or managing staff (including experience gained prior to obtaining your independent license).
• Outpatient mental health experience and strong clinical knowledge.
