About the Role
Asha ABA is looking for an empathetic, driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team part-time or full-time in the afternoons in the San Jose/Sunnyvale area only. In this role, you'll work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans centered around behavior analysis. As a central component of our mission, you'll equip parents/caregivers with the tools they need to support their child's growth, reinforce the training you provide, and ensure long-term developmental success. This position offers full benefits with a commitment of just 25 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial assessments and develop customized ABA treatment plans
- Implement behavior management strategies and monitor progress
- Provide ongoing parent/caregiver training to strengthen family involvement
- Collaborate with a supportive team to craft individualized treatment goals
- Use data-driven methods to shape treatment interventions that make a lasting impact
What We're Looking For
- Expertise: Background in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and/or Psychology, with a focus on Autism treatment and support
- Experience: Hands-on experience with evidence-based treatment methods for Autism, behavior management, parent education/training, and use of assessment/software tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABAS, and CentralReach
- Education & Certification: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field; active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration, problem-solving, and a passion for working with children and families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
