Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral interventions and therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in patient care, particularly with children
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Understanding of behavioral health principles
