Registered Behavior Technician

Fox Therapy Services is seeking a talented and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit family in Westlake Village, CA. As a part of our multidisciplinary flagship clinic, you’ll collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Feeding Specialists in an inspiring, team-oriented setting.

Duties

• Provide direct one-on-one support to children with autism and other behavioral challenges.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
• Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special education needs is preferred, but we welcome passionate new RBTs
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and families about behavioral strategies.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential are crucial for success in this role.
• A team player with strong intellectual curiousity
• A high school degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
