Square One Autism Services has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee in home caregiver-led ABA programs in the Stockton and Modesto areas. Square One operates as a two-tier model with mid-levels providing in-home direct services and parent training and Clinical Supervisors providing program oversight.
This is a full time hybrid position. Direct Supervision hours (combination of in person and telehealth) average 20 direct hours per week. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00-6:30pm. Direct hourly rate starts at $60/hour along with a monthly salary.
BCBA Requirements
- Current BCBA
- 2+ years post‑certification ABA experience
- Reliable transportation for quarterly travel across Stockton and Modesto; ability to lift/move 25–30 lbs and engage in floor‑level play as needed
- Schedule flexibility within Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; comfortable delivering hybrid supervision (in‑person and telehealth)
- Familiarity with Catalight Care Services (CCS) and caregiver-led programs is strongly preferred
