Job Title: Virtual Care Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10017
Shift: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 37.5 hrs/week
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm)
Job Summary
Support telehealth and remote patient monitoring by coordinating virtual care, observing patients in real-time, troubleshooting technology, and ensuring efficient, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage telehealth schedules, consults, and workflows
- Monitor patients remotely and escalate safety concerns
- Document patient activity, interventions, and outcomes
- Perform QA reviews and support process improvements
- Provide technical support and train staff on telehealth tools
- Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and stakeholders
- Maintain reports, metrics, and compliance standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years of telehealth or patient care experience
- Experience with remote monitoring & EMR systems
- Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
Preferred
- Telehealth program development & training experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and workflows
Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Certifications: Not required (preferred if available)
