The Role
This isn’t a management position. There are no caseload growth quotas, no supervisory overload, and no unnecessary administrative burden. This role is for a BCBA who enjoys providing direct ABA services and wants to focus on clinical impact in the Richmond area.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Write and update treatment plans and documentation
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress
• Collaborate with families and EzCare’s operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Virginia Medicaid provider enrollment (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable with in-person service delivery (hybrid considered case-by-case)
• A clinician who wants to focus on direct care rather than management
