The Arc Ontario Behavior Technician Salary: $22.22 - $23.66Position Overview: This position supports daily behavioral services by working directly with staff to implement behavior and medication support plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include observing and documenting behaviors, providing hands-on guidance and training, maintaining records, and collaborating with the Behavioral Intervention Specialist to ensure plans meet state requirements. The role may involve supporting multiple programs and participating in ongoing training.
