Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to deliver exceptional service.
• Support experienced technicians in troubleshooting techniques and equipment repairs and replacements.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to assist in installations and repairs.
• Uphold advanced customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians.
• Familiarity with equipment and tools used in HVAC installations and repairs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques.
