Cleansing Conversations is hiring a clinician interested in a group practice setting. All administrative tasks including billing are handled by us. We offer ongoing support for our team. Including monthly consultation, keeping clinical cohesion ongoing. You don't have to be on an island alone.

Full Time Option: You set your own schedule. Target caseload of 30 clients weekly. This option includes a salary. Your pay is not affected by cancellations or missed appointments. Eligibility of Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental) 401k matching up to 4% . Vacation/Sick time. Vested after 2 years of employment. Training reimbursement is also granted to full-time employees. Hybrid option is available for full-time employment. The position also includes a financial incentive option that can be discussed during the interview. We value ongoing learning, so each clinician is encouraged to pursue a certification each year they are with Cleansing Conversations.

Part Time Option: Maintain a caseload of 15-25 clients telehealth only. Compensation is paid per billable service option. Administration support and group consultation are still available to those choosing to participate.

What you’ll do:

· Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation on Simple Practice

· Provide individual, children, and/or family therapy sessions.

Skills & experience:

· Two years’ experience in Group Practice Setting.

· Active and unrestricted professional California License with BBS (Board of Behavioral Science)

· Maintain liability/malpractice insurance

· Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

· Knowledgeable of the DSM V and diagnostic criteria.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
