Salary Range: Max up to $130,000

Position Overview
As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for planning and providing clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within a clinical setting. You will play a critical role in setting standards of care and making lasting changes in the lives of individuals by providing essential psychological support and crisis intervention.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assessment & Screening: Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on a thorough evaluation of each patient's needs and level of functioning.
- Clinical Counseling: Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload.
- Crisis Intervention: Deliver immediate mental health assessments and interventions to address acute patient needs and emergency situations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment and evaluation activities within the health care record.
- Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive materials and patient information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field.
- Licensure: Must possess a current and valid LCSW or LPCC license in the State of California.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience.
Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
