Position: Registered Behaviour Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Oakland and Macomb Counties, Metro Detroit

Job Duties:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision.
Collect and graph session data for progress tracking.
Teach new communication, social, and daily living skills.
Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in a natural setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Patience and empathy for children and families.
Reliability, punctuality and a consistent schedule.
Strong verbal and written communication.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation starting at 25USD/hour.
Increases based on experience and credentials (e.g. RBT license).
Additional Bonus:
The company may help obtain the RBT license, and get a $500 bonus and a $2 raise upon passing the RBT exam.
