Job Title: AI Implementation Specialist - Psychology Practice
Brands: All the Neurodiverse Brands that are part of the New Path Family of Therapy Centers — www.newpathfamily.com
Location: Fully Remote / Online
About Us
We are a therapy group dedicated to the neurodiverse couples and the autism & ADHD community. We run multiple therapy brands serving autistic adults, ADHDers, and neurodiverse couples — and we are actively integrating AI into how we operate, communicate, and grow.
The Role
We are a psychology practice that is going all-in on AI — and we need someone to help us do it.
This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, psychology, and design. We are looking for someone who can take AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, and more) and put them to work inside a real therapy operation.
That means building AI-powered workflows for our clinicians. Designing and updating our websites. Automating repetitive processes. Creating content. Solving problems nobody has solved before — because this space is brand new.
You should have a psychology background or a deep, genuine interest in psychology — specifically autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity. Understanding our clinical world is what will make you great at this job, because the AI solutions you build need to actually fit how therapists think and work.
You should also have design skills. A big part of this role is visual — web pages, social media graphics, brand materials, presentations. You'll be the person who makes our ideas look as good as they sound.
This is not a "sit back and wait for instructions" role. We need someone who sees a problem and thinks, "I bet I could build something for that."
A deep personal interest in autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity is essential. We serve a community that deserves people who truly understand and care.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into our therapy practice operations — intake processes, client communications, content creation, scheduling workflows, data organization, and more.
- AI Workflow Design: Build and test AI-powered workflows that save time for our clinicians and staff. Think: automating repetitive tasks, creating smart templates, building chatbot-style tools, and streamlining how information moves through our practice.
- Web Design & Brand Design: Design, build, and update pages across our family of websites (Wix-based). Create graphics, social media visuals, presentations, and brand materials using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe products.
- Coding & Automation: Learn vibe coding to support web projects and AI integrations. No deep coding background required — but a willingness to learn by doing is a must.
- Psychology-Informed Problem Solving: Use your understanding of psychology, therapy, and neurodiversity to make sure the AI tools and designs you create actually work for clinicians and clients.
- Special Projects: Whatever needs building — a new landing page, an email automation, a resource library, a new client onboarding flow — you're the person who makes it happen.
Who You Are
- Psychology Background or Deep Interest: You are a graduate student in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field — OR you are someone with an intense personal interest in psychology, autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity who knows more than most people with formal training.
- AI-Driven: You are already using AI tools in your daily life and you're excited to push them further. You want to figure out how AI can transform a therapy practice.
- Designer: You have a strong visual eye and real design skills — web design, graphic design, or both. You make things look polished and professional.
- Builder Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, you figure out a solution, you build it.
- Willing to Code: You may not be a developer, but you're not scared of code. You're ready to learn HTML, CSS, and basic scripting to get things done.
- Deeply Connected to Neurodiversity: You have a genuine personal connection to autism, ADHD, or the neurodiverse community. You understand why this work matters.
- Resourceful & Independent: You can take a rough idea and turn it into something real without step-by-step instructions.
- Strong Communicator: You can talk to clinicians, understand what they need, and translate that into technology and design.
What We Offer
- Cutting-Edge Experience: You will be implementing AI inside a real psychology practice — experience that almost nobody else your age has on their resume.
- Mentorship: Work alongside passionate clinicians and advocates who will teach you about the clinical side while you teach them about the tech side.
- Tools: Paid access to the Google suite of AI tools, design platforms, and other software to fuel your work.
- Flexibility: A schedule that works around your life and commitments.
- Impact: The chance to fundamentally change how a therapy practice operates — and improve the lives of autistic adults, ADHDers, and neurodiverse couples in the process.
