We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental disabilities in their homes and community, implementing treatment plans created and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on teaching skills, supporting families, and promoting positive behavior change.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 support in the client’s home and community
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Follow safety, communication, and documentation protocols
- Support skill development in communication, play, daily living, and social skills
- Collaborate professionally with families and supervisors
- Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings
Requirements
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Ability to respond to communication within 24 hours
- Ability to complete RBT training within 3 weeks of hire
- Ability to sit on the floor, move with children, and lift up to 20–30 lbs
- Must pass a background check
- Must be available during required schedule blocks

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
