Behavior Technician

JJob Overview
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental disabilities in their homes and community, implementing treatment plans created and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on teaching skills, supporting families, and promoting positive behavior change.

Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 support in the client’s home and community
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Follow safety, communication, and documentation protocols
• Support skill development in communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Collaborate professionally with families and supervisors
• Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings

Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to respond to communication within 24 hours
• Ability to complete RBT training within 3 weeks of hire
• Ability to sit on the floor, move with children, and lift up to 20–30 lbs
• Must pass a background check
• Must be available during required schedule blocks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
