Exciting Group Practice Job Opportunity - Personal Evolution Psychotherapy, Inc, (PEP), a group practice located in both San Diego and Vista, CA, is excited to announce that we are looking for experienced, pre-licensed Registered Associate MFT’s (AMFT’s), Registered Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASW’s) or Registered Associate PCC’s (APCC’s) to join our team and provide evidence based therapies, ie CBT, Behavioral Activation, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure, DBT-PE. This is a position for a part time therapist, with the potential to become a full time position. Highest preference will be given to experienced, pre-licensed clinicians with 1500+ hours accrued towards licensure who are interested in focusing on clinical work in a supportive setting without the hassle of private practice management.
Candidates should be proactive, self-assured and highly attentive and engaging with clients, with solid clinical judgement and decision making ability, as well as prior clinical experience with at least one of these types of therapy: CBT, Behavioral Activation, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure, DBT-PE. PEP also works with diverse and marginalized populations, including Transgender and LGBQ+ populations. PEP offers:

All PEP clinicians participate in advanced trainings and are provided weekly supervision for licensing.
Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, with a minimum of 3 evenings (until 8pm) a week in the San Diego office, and attend weekly DBT consultation team on Wednesdays at 11am and Group Supervision on Wednesdays at 12pm as well as a second Group Supervision on Fridays at 12pm. The hired individual will start part time and progress to full time (5 days per week). New clinicians are paid for the hours they work, starting off with approximately 8-10 clinical hours per week and approximately 10 non clinical hours per week. You will accrue additional non clinical hours as you complete PEP's onboarding and DBT Foundational training.
Pay rate:
- Administrative/Non-Clinical Rate: $21/hr
- Clinical Rate (direct clinical hours): $34-40/hr
