Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BCBA role located in Houston, TX. The BCBA will oversee behavior analysis services for clients, conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, and train and support families in implementing behavior intervention strategies. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and overseeing other team members, analyzing program data, and ensuring treatment aligns with clients’ goals and progress.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis practices
  • Experience in Parent Education and Psychology, including family support and guidance
  • Skills in developing and implementing Behavior Management strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Certified BCBA in good standing; Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
  • Knowledge of evidence-based ABA methodologies and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with children with autism is a plus
