Social Worker - LCSW

Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Las Animas, Colorado, this is a contract assignmentwith a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Description:

Job Title: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

Location: Las Animas, Colorado
Schedule: 40 hours/week

Shift: 5 days/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay Range for Traveler: $2,350.00- $2,446.00 Weekly DOE

• Provide clinical mental health services (non-medical) within a correctional facility
• Serve as a Mental Health Coordinator managing inmate care

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments
• Perform clinical interviews and review inmate records
• Develop, implement, and update individual treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
• Document all evaluations and treatments in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques
• Manage caseload and monitor patient progress

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years in a similar role

Certifications & Licensure

• Active state license required:
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
