Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are hiring our first BCBA to help shape a clinically sound, sustainable ABA program in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is a fully paid hourly role designed to protect clinical quality, ethical practice, and work-life balance. All required BCBA responsibilities — including supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration — are compensated

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing, ethical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Monitor data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and payer standards
Caseloads and billable expectations are structured to support ethical practice and high-quality care.
