Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are hiring our first BCBA to help shape a clinically sound, sustainable ABA program in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This is a fully paid hourly role designed to protect clinical quality, ethical practice, and work-life balance. All required BCBA responsibilities — including supervision, documentation, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration — are compensated

Pay & Stability
We offer a base hourly rate that reflects market value with:

  • All required work compensated (clinical, supervision, documentation, planning)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Guaranteed minimum paid hours each week to protect your income

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing, ethical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and payer standards

Caseloads and billable expectations are structured to support ethical practice and high-quality care.

Why This Role Stands Out
Unlike other hourly roles that pay only direct billable time, at Ivory Behavior Group you are paid for all billable and required work — including supervision, documentation, and team planning. Our flexible scheduling and professional support make this a sustainable career choice, not just a gig. As our first BCBA, you will have meaningful input into clinical processes, supervision structure, and program development as the organization grows.

Clinical Support
You will work alongside leadership that values ethical decision-making, realistic caseloads, and long-term sustainability over short-term productivity.

Benefits

  • Paid continuing education support
  • PTO and flexible schedule options
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Supportive clinical leadership and mentorship
  • 25 hours/ week billable expectation
  • Insurance stipend
  • Guaranteed hours (even if clients cancel)
  • RBT supervision support

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Continuing education credits
  • Flexible schedule
  • Mileage reimbursement
