Clinical Director (BCBA) – Center-Based ABA Program

Job Description:
BrainBuilders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our center-based ABA program in Marlton. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while building and supporting a collaborative team environment.

The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations within the center, ensuring safe, ethical, and effective ABA services for children and teens across a variety of programs, including preschool, social skills groups, one-on-one therapy, and after-school programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight for all center-based ABA services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• Manage all aspects of treatment, including program development, documentation, and curriculum implementation
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress, treatment plans, and any concerns
• Collaborate with leadership on operations, staffing, and overall site performance
• Supervise and support BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, and clinical staff
• Serve as the main point of contact between corporate leadership and center-based teams
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure clinical appropriateness for admissions
• Address and escalate clinical, staffing, or compliance concerns as needed
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture within the center

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Strong experience in ABA service delivery, preferably in a center-based setting
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
