Behavior Technician (BT) – School-Based | Up to $26/hr | Newark, CA
Up to $26/hr | Monday–Friday | No weekends
Work directly with students who need consistent support in the classroom. This Behavior Technician (BT) role in Newark, CA focuses on helping K–12 students stay engaged, follow routines, and make steady progress throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside teachers and school staff in a structured setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 or small group student support
- Implement behavior plans in the classroom
- Support student engagement and routines

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ABA or behavioral support experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Reliable and able to follow structured plans
