Position Summary
We are seeking multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Boca Raton, FL. Ideal candidates will have experience working in school, center, home, and community settings and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities.
As an RBT, you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and promote skill development in communication, socialization, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, center, and community settings
- Collect accurate data on client behavior and program performance
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors to ensure consistency across environments
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times
- Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients and families
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification from the BACB (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience in school, center, home, and community ABA settings
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if needed
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following BCBA supervision and guidance

- Full-time and part-time positions available
