Job Overview
We are seeking an LCSW/LMFT (Bilingual-Spanish/English preferred) but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy to diverse populations and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. Must be able to work evening hours to accomodate clients. This is a HYBRID role (in person/Telehealth) This position will start as "part-time" with possibility of full-time in the future.
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Current LCSW/LMFT licensure
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services tailored to each individual
- If clinically necessary, intervening when a crisis presents and taking appropriate action to ensure safety of client (s)
- Provide evidence based psychotherapy treatment using a range of modalities such as Psychodynamic method, CBT, DBT, and Gottman method
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans and assessments
- Attend and participate in supervision and training sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to clients and their families to help them their goals and progress
- Supporting clients and families in addressing a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, etc.
- Collaborating with outside providers to ensure continuity of care for clients and their families
- Maintain a caseload of 10-15 clients (weekly) for part-time and 25-30 (weekly) full-time.
Pay: $62.00 - $75.00 per hour
