Job Overview

Ro Health is seeking dedicated School Psychologists to support partner school districts throughout the greater Columbus area. In this impactful role, you will help foster students’ academic, social, and emotional success by conducting evaluations, guiding interventions, and collaborating with school teams and families.

Work Setting
This position offers a flexible hybrid model, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work. School Psychologists are expected to conduct evaluations and student-facing services on-site as needed, while report writing, data analysis, and meetings may be completed remotely depending on district needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments evaluating cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning
  • Interpret data and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
  • Provide consultation, counseling, and behavioral support to students, staff, and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral response strategies when needed
  • Assist with early intervention services and intake evaluations for students requiring psychological supports
  • Utilize behavior management and ABA-informed strategies to support students with autism or developmental needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Participate in eligibility, transition, and progress meetings
  • Support special education initiatives through expertise in assessment, behavioral health, and accommodations

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid Ohio School Psychologist certification/licensure
  • Prior experience in school-based psychological services preferred
  • Strong background in psychoeducational testing, counseling, and intervention planning
  • Experience supporting students with disabilities, behavioral challenges, or developmental conditions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
