Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract

MindHaven ABA Services is looking for a dedicated BCBA to support our growing ABA practice as we begin serving families in the Elk Grove/Sacramento area.

We are seeking a BCBA who can provide ongoing clinical oversight, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and general case support as our caseload grows.

This role is designed for someone looking for a flexible contract arrangement with a startup ABA company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Review notes and clinical documentation
• Assist with parent training and communication
• Support compliance and quality assurance
• Provide guidance on clinical operations as the company grows

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a startup and growing environment

Compensation:

• Monthly retainer: $500/month
• Includes approximately 8–10 hours of support monthly
• Additional hours beyond the agreed monthly support may be compensated separately if needed
• Flexible schedule
• Remote with occasional in-home or hybrid support if needed

Caseload:

We are currently preparing for launch and expect to build toward approximately 3–5 clients within the first few months.
