Responsibilities:

This PRN - opportunity in Tele-Assessment will support Intake and Admissions in:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: completing thorough intake assessments via video software for patients in emergency rooms, determining appropriate levels of care with MDs, verifying insurance benefits, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, entering all intake and admission data into a hospital computer database, handling intake calls, completing follow-up tasks pending resolution and ensuring treatment and clinical service recommendations are based upon patient needs. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with staff from other departments to foster a team environment.

This is a work-from-home position. Computer equipment and software provided. Must be able to come onsite if required.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure- LMSW, LPC, LMFT.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid state driver’s license with appropriate endorsement.
