Summer Camp Counselor

Philadelphia Country Club is seeking energetic and reliable Summer Camp Counselors to help deliver a fun, safe, and engaging experience for children ages 4–11.
Our 8-week summer camp (June 15 – August 7) features a dynamic mix of swimming, sports, arts and crafts, games, and themed activities focused on creativity, teamwork, and active play. Counselors play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and engage campers throughout the day
- Lead and participate in activities including pool time, sports, and crafts
- Support themed programming and group activities
- Foster teamwork, inclusion, and positive behavior
- Assist with daily camp transitions and maintain organized spaces
What We’re Looking For
- Age 18+
- Experience working with children preferred
- Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to the full 8-week camp season
Preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Previous camp or childcare experience
