About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced OLP Supervisor to join our CFTSS/CORE program in New York. This role is ideal for a licensed social worker who is passionate about clinical supervision, program oversight, and supporting high-quality behavioral health services for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to OLP staff within the CFTSS/CORE program
Ensure compliance with OMH/Medicaid and program regulations
Oversee service delivery, documentation, and treatment planning
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers
Monitor program quality and outcomes
Qualifications
✔ Active LMSW in New York
✔ SIFI Certification required (ability to supervise interns)
✔ Experience in CFTSS, CORE, or similar behavioral health programs
✔ Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Medicaid, OMH, and regulatory standards
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
