About Us: Solivera Integrative Clinicis an outpatient mental health clinic that specializes in integrative psychiatry. We are dedicated to offering holistic wellness techniques to our clients to support their mental health and overall well-being.
Compensation:
- Pay Per Patient Payment Model:
- $110 for an initial evaluation (60 minutes)
- $55-$82.50 for a follow-up evaluation (30-45 minutes)
Position Details:
- Remote work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home.
- Full-Time Hours: able to commit to 35 hours per week
- Self-Scheduling: Take control of your schedule to balance your work and personal life.
- Start Date: Immediate.
Requirements:
- California NP/Furnishing License
- PMHNP, Board Certification
- NPI
- California DEA License
- Minimum of 6 months of experience required as a PMHNP. Though, 1 year of experience is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and follow-up evaluations.
- Develop and implement integrative and holistic treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
