Healthcare Enrollment and Intake Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Enrollment & Intake Coordinator to join our collaborative healthcare team. This role is the "engine" of our group submission process, ensuring that new client data is captured accurately and moved through our systems efficiently.

This is a dynamic position that requires a "multitasker by nature"—someone who can pivot from high-volume data entry to providing professional email support to brokers without missing a beat. Responsibilities

  • Intake Management: Monitor and process new group submissions received via email and internal system portals.
  • Precision Data Entry: Execute high-volume data entry into internal trackers and CRMs with a commitment to 100% accuracy to prevent downstream processing errors.
  • Broker & Client Support: Act as a point of contact for basic inquiries regarding enrollment status or submission requirements (Approx. 2–6 calls and 10–20 emails per day).
  • Workflow Agility: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, shifting focus based on real-time volume fluctuations in the queue.
  • Collaborative Troubleshooting: Work closely with the team to divide the daily workload and "raise your hand" to ask for guidance or assistance when volume peaks.
Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: * Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data tracking).

    • Preferred: Experience with Sales Connect, SNAP, or EMWS (or similar healthcare CRM/Enrollment platforms).

  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle complex data sets with extreme precision.

  • Communication: strong verbal and written skills; comfortable communicating with professional brokers and external clients.

  • Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives in an environment where tasks and priorities change daily.
