Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Training and Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programs that enhance employee performance and support business goals. This role will partner with leadership to identify training needs, create engaging learning solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs (for in-person and e-learning models)
• Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership on development plans
• Manage newly hired coworker training along with ongoing training initiatives
• Track training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
• Ensure training aligns with company policies and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of corporate training or learning & development experience
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with e-learning tools (Rise 360 preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
