Join Our Caring Team as a Behavior Technician!
Doylestown Health Care Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our nursing home residents, assisting them with daily living activities and offering care.
Must Be a certified nurse aide or willing to train
Part-time
What You’ll Do:
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment by reinforcing positive behaviors
- Engage residents in activities to enrich their days and help manage behaviors
- Attend regular team meetings to contribute to our residents’ overall care plan
- Document daily interactions and behavior observations to share with our Interdisciplinary Team
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with seniors and making a difference in their lives
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, or Social Work experience with social services or in dementia is a plus!
