-Massachusetts Educator License
-Experience as a School Psychologist in a public-school setting preferred
-Cultural responsiveness and a growth mindset with students, families, and staff are a must.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as effective problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks, as well as the ability to be flexible and organized in a fast-paced environment

-Collaborate with Student Services Team and administration to continuously re-imagine and improve services and interventions informed by ongoing needs assessment, data review, and innovation in the field
-Provide culturally responsive services to students and families from diverse backgrounds
-Proactively and responsively liaison with families, faculty, and providers
-Conduct psychological assessments to assess student learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
-Assist in determining special education eligibility in compliance with federal and state guidelines
-Assist in planning appropriate Individualized Education Programs for students with disabilities
-Collaborate with staff, students and administration to identify and provide proactive and responsive social/emotional support and programming to students
-Provide emergency consultation/intervention when necessary
-Collaborate with staff, students, and administration to identify, develop, and provide proactive and responsive professional development and consultation to staff
